Our soap bars typically last about a month with daily use. They are cured for 4-6 weeks to ensure durability. Use a draining dish to extend their lifespan.

You can order through the website at any time. For special request or questions, feel free to email me!

If there is an issue with your order such as missing, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact me immediately. We will work with you to make things right.

Due to the nature of products, returns are not accepted for any used products or digital downloads. For clothing items, we ask that you are sure on sizing as these items cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged.

Returns MUST be packaged with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for missing items without delivery confirmation or improperly packaged fragile items.

Refunds WILL NOT be honored after 15 days of product shipment.

Our bath scrubs last up to 12 months after opening. Ensure you close them tightly and store in a dry area to maintain their quality.

We do not recommend using our scrubs on your face due to its sensitive nature. If you choose to do so, please perform a patch test first. We are not responsible for reactions from unintended use.
